Jin Lu was awarded the department’s highest honor: the 2017 Taylor L. Booth Graduate Fellowship
Ph.D. candidate Jin Lu, from the lab, a student of Prof. Jinbo Bi, was awarded the department’s highest honor: the 2017 Taylor L. Booth Graduate Fellowship, for his outstanding scholarly achievements and demonstrated potential for a successful academic career in the United States.
Jinbo was selected as a finalist of 2017 Women of Innovation in the category of Research Innovation and Leadership
Prof. Jinbo Bi was one of the finalists of 2017 CTC Women of Innovation – Research Innovation and Leadership. She attended the award dinner on March 29th, 2017 together with her husband Dr. Minghu Song and Associate Dean of SoE, Dr. Mei Wei. The Women of Innovation® awards dinner recognizes women accomplished in science, technology, engineering, math and those who are involved in their community. This awards event is a time for like-minded, successful women to network and celebrate their accomplishments.
Jin Lu awarded the IBACS Graduate Summer Fellowship for 2017
Jin Lu, a Ph.D student in our lab, received Graduate Summer Fellowship for 2017, which supports the research related to Schizophrenia and many other mental disorders with impairment of working memory.
Jin Lu wins the Travelers Analytics Case Competition
A PhD student in our lab, Jin Lu has been selected as the winner of this year’s Travelers Analytics Case Competition from Travelers. The award was presented on November 30, 2016, Hartford.
